Sailing is an excellent team building activity, encouraging everyone to work together towards a common goal - sometimes in challenging situations. Good communication is key to sailing, so teams need to focus together in order to succeed. 

Providing team sailing events for experienced sailors is straightforward; the skill lies in organising sailing events that are enjoyable for the novice and the experienced alike. Many of our guests have never sailed before, but leave with a lasting impression that they can apply back in the working environment.
