The Clipper Round the World Race 2013-2014 is now well underway on race three of the second leg, The South Atlantic Challenge. This leg takes the fleet of 12 matched 70 foot yachts from Rio De Janeiro to Cape Town, some 3600 miles.
The race is the ultimate long distance challenge where crew with little or no experience circumnavigate the globe under the guidance of their skipper, a 35000 mile journey.

Brendan’s brutally honest, no-holds-barred story is revealing and instructive, with valuable lessons in leadership, management and motivation your team. Oh, and never giving up even when things seem impossible!
