Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week has a new sponsor from a Super Premium new brand of Gin, Chilgrove. So what about the sausages? Well… would you believe that renown butcher O’Hagan’s of West Sussex are making a delicious Pork and Chilgrove Gin sausage! O’ Hagan’s pride themselves on having been pioneers in the Great British sausage revival of the 1980s, leading to a vast improvement in quality throughout the industry. O’ Hagan’s still adheres rigidly to founder Bill ‘O ‘Hagan’s principles, a quality which distinguishes the company to this day from all other sausage-makers.
Solent Events plan to use this amazing sausage in our lunchtime and evening BBq’s for our guests. You can therefore come and enjoy a fantastic day on the water and then come ashore to the best G&T in town followed by the Chilgrove Gin sausage served by our Chef.
