Slingsby Gooseberry Gin is the second fruit gin the brand has launched and follows in the footsteps of their hugely popular Yorkshire Rhubarb Gin. For a gorgeous gooseberry G&T Slingsby recommend pairing with Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic and garnishing with an apple fan (see below). Or try something different with a Slingsby Gooseberry Spritz! Add: 35ml Slingsby Gooseberry Gin, 25ml White Vermouth, 15ml Lemon Juice, 10ml Sugar Syrup and 25ml Soda to a large wine glass. Stir and top with Prosecco and green apple slices.
